How to Enter

  1. Read the Official Rules
  2. If you are under 18 years old, have your parents read the Official Rules also
  3. Complete and print the Official Entry Form
  4. Burn a CD that includes two songs, one of which is a cover tune (Files burned must be in CD format, not MP3)
  5. Clearly label disc with Band Name, main contact name, telephone number and email address
  6. In a large padded envelope place CD in protective case along with completed entry/registration form
  7. Mail, or hand deliver your envelope to be received no later than March 14, 2010 to:
